"To uplift the crowd, and raise every heartbeat to the level of the living music."
Vysota Records is an artist‑owned, forward‑thinking music label founded by DJ Vysota — a dubstep and techno producer, multi‑genre experimentalist, and rock session drummer. Built on underground energy and boundary‑pushing sound, the label brings together a diverse roster of artists united by intensity, creativity, and atmosphere.
We distribute digitally through Repost Network to Spotify, Apple Music, iHeartRadio, and all major DSPs. For physical formats, we partner with elasticStage for vinyl and work with an independent manufacturer for CDs and clothing. We also collaborate directly with Tidal for exclusive releases. Our team and artists have previously worked with labels across Dubstep, Tech House, and other electronic subcultures.
Church of Dubstep / Church of Dubstep Records
Church of Dubstep (sometimes imprinted as Church of Dubstep Records) is DJ Vysota's dubstep label, created to champion dubstep, 2‑step, jungle, and the full spectrum of bass‑driven underground culture. Distributed through Repost Network, the imprint continues the legacy of a now‑retired dubstep label while introducing a new identity to the modern underground scene. Recorded by Esch Recordings Studio and distributed by Repost.
We embrace the entire 140 landscape and its close‑knit genres, from deep and minimal to heavy and experimental.

Esch Recordings
Esch Recordings refers to the recording production studio of George Esch and Elliot Esch that includes mostly analogue electronic gear and real instruments.
Vysota Recordings
Vysota Recordings refers to the recording production studio of Elliot Esch that is made of mostly digital instruments. It also refers to the general production of the 3 labels. (The difference between Esch Recordings and Vysota Recordings is who made the recording and how its published, and the instrument style used for the reccordings, and sometimes the production style and/or quality. The main other difference is Vysota Recordings refers to all 3 labels when Esch Recordings only refers to some records and also independent or leased productions.)

How We Work
At Vysota Records, DJ Vysota professionally records the music (his own and of the signed artists), mixes and engineers and masters it (artist keeps rights to all stems and masters), releases it on the label to streaming platforms, and sets up finances so that the artists can get paid (artist chooses what they keep individually from streaming income for the contract time, and artists keep 100% of Bandcamp income and 70% of Beatport income), and then promotes it by playing it at DJ sets and by uploading album mixes to YouTube and reposting on SoundCloud. Artist contracts are flexible, please contact for more details as each contract is unique and tailored to benefit both sides but the artist more. Contracts can either be long-term or single release. There is no cost to signing, no fees or anything, we care more about music than we do about money.
